PRODUCT SELECTION
1. Select the desired product. When you click on a product, you will see a detailed description where you can see a picture of the product and read more information. If the product is suitable, select the required quantity and press the “buy” button.
2. In the upper right corner of the screen, you can see your shopping cart and the number of items. To see the contents of your shopping cart, click the “show cart” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. If you want to buy other products, continue selecting products. When purchasing each product, indicate the desired quantity and click the “buy” button.
4. To remove the product from the shopping cart, click the trash can on the same line. The product is removed from the shopping cart and the content of the cart is updated automatically.
5. If you want to change the number of items in the shopping cart, click on the number and select the desired amount.
ENTER ORDER INFORMATION
If the order is complete, follow the instructions below.
1. Fill in your information on the form. Cancellation is also not possible if it is a special order that does not belong to the finished products of the online store. If the recipient does not receive the order due to incorrect sender information, the sender is responsible for the delivery. 1.1 These terms and conditions are valid in all legal relationships that arise between all persons and Lilledkoju OÜ (registration code 11427279, Tartu mnt. 24, Tallinn) owned by www.kukkataksi.fi (hereinafter Kukkataksi online store) as a result of the purchase of goods from the Kukkataksi online store.
1.2 In addition to these terms and conditions, the laws governing the legal relationships arising when purchasing via the Lilledkoju online store.

2. Prices

The company is not responsible if
1. If you provided an address and phone number that are incorrect or do not exist/ if the recipient does not live at this address/ if the phone number has changed and the order cannot be delivered.
2. If the address you provided is outside the city and the payment was made for delivery within the city limits, you will be notified of this and asked to pay an additional fee. If the customer refuses to pay the additional fee, the goods will be delivered, but at the expense of the value of the order.
4. Return of goods:
Flowers spoil quickly and cannot be returned. Returns are only possible if the product does not match the order.
5. Delivery costs are added to the price of the order depending on the recipient’s address.
6. When ordering, the postcard is the only information from the sender to the recipient. If there is no postcard, the sender remains anonymous.
7. Be very careful when adding recipient and sender information. The order delivery speed depends on the accuracy of your information.
8. If we do not have the desired product at the time of the order, we will inform you of this and offer an alternative (e.g. a product in a different color). If you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order.
9. If you want to cancel your order, you can do so at least 2 days before the order is completed. If your cancellation is received later, cancellation is not possible. Cancellation is also not possible if it is a special order that does not belong to the finished products on our website. Since this product is made especially for you, an advance payment is made when ordering and the final amount is paid 3 days before the order. In case of cancellation, the security deposit/advance payment is not returned.
